Water is much important to have during pregnancy . Drink plenty of it. It is good to drink water between your meals however drinking water while eating should be avoided. Water is alkaline so it reduces the acidity of the body thus reduce the problem of nausea.

One must avoid spicy and oily food but should prefer a balance diet .This is because spicy food increase heat in the body which may even effect the fetus.

Try to avoid smells that might make you get that sick feeling as much as possible, this smell may be of anything say certain types of food or just simple smells around your home etc,

You can reduce the chances of feeling sick so even just by doing simple things like these which can help quite a bit.

Nausea or morning sickness are the common factors that 80% of women come across during pregnancy.However there is not a proper treatment found that can sort out the problem of morning sickness completely but with the help of few natural remedies one can at least reduce it to some extent and thus can have the pleasure of being pregnant

Eat something even if you are not hungry at an interval of three to four hours. Because the large gap between the meals reduces the blood sugar level that let to the problem of nausea.

A well balanced diet is a must for all pregnant women. If you are not sure about what you should be eating, you must consult your doctor.

Ginger and peppermint seem to alleviate nausea and morning sickness for some women.The caffeine is only increasing the nausea so avoid the regular teas you're used to drink and replace those teas with non caffeinated teas like ginger and peppermint tea.

Having citrus food help to reduce the chances of vomiting during pregnancy.
